is it okay to take my 10mg dextroamphetamine pill for adhd once a day and also drink 2-3 cups of coffee? no heart abnormalities.

Likely okay: The caffeine in regular coffee has some but not much stimulant effect & does not approach or interfere with the effectiveness of the dex. If the dual drug effects do not bother you in other ways I would not consider them a worrisome pair at your age.

Yes : However, some people do not tolerate 3 cups of coffee per day
