Hello doctor.i get constant mild dizziness 24/7,like room spinning,no other symptoms. saw three doctors,had a full blood count, kidney func test,liver test,all ok. only haemoglobin,hct abit lower than normal.could that be the cause,or any test to do?

Sounds like inner ear issue to me unless BP low when you stand. You can check that out and then maybe consult ENT.

Agree with Dr. Grim. One easy step to try would be to drink more water. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. This will address the matter if it is due to dehydration.
