Endone: Endone is oxycodone, a synthetic narcotic. If the pain is severe and endone has not worked, see a neurologist or orthopedic physician to diagnose the cause. You may require an MRI to exclude disc or other spinal disease.

Consider this: if you are using the endone chronicallly , the medication itself may be contributing to worse pain through withdrawal as well as sensitization of non- endorphin pain synapses
