Coke or Pepsi?: They're no different. They're both narcotics and in opioid equivalency 1 mg of hydrocodone equals 1 mg of oxycodone. So use whatever you think works better. In ny, hydrocodone was just recently made the same schedule ii dea class of drug. This means both have a known medical benefit but are highly addictive.

Narcotics: They are both narcotics. They are both powerful pain killers with addiction potential. The best pain killer for the your pain is the one that relieves your pain. If you have questions about these drugs, please discuss it with your doctor.

Neither Actually: But your needs are determined by your level of pain. You will be better off in the long run to come off of either or both of these medications. There are other sorts of pain relief treatments, seek a good spine/pain specialist that will help you out.
