Don't Fear The Beer!: Oh yeah... you better have a few beers and chill-out. Prostate cancer at 21? Don't think so. At your age maybe prostatitis but that usually won't cause a kidney problem. And kidney pain is usually in the upper back (unless you have a rare "ectopic" kidney low down in the back). A muscle pain will hurt when you use the muscle. But not a kidney or prostate. They'll hurt whether you move or not.

?asking about: Are you writing about drinking "a few" beers or worried about prostate cancer? No,at age 21 you do NOT have prostate cancer.Your low backache is probably musculoskeletal but check with your doctor.
