recently my urine and number 2 s both smell of warm wheat i also sometimes smell this out and about i've got retinitis and on antihistamines ?

It may be your nose: Your nasal condition may have impacted your smelling function and you should take care of it. On the other hand, the smell of urine and stool is usually not indicative of a disease condition (except in fat malabsorption when the odor can reek).
