Is there any way that i can stop blotchy patches of flushed skin from appearing on legs as soon as i get warm? can i try antihistamines, vasodilators?

Cosmetic or painful?: Warming the skin will tend to cause flushing, redness, vasodilation. If not itchy or otherwise symptomatic, I wouldn't take medication.
