Likely Concentrated: If all he's really drinking is two pediasures, then he's probably a little dry. His urine may be a little concentrated, giving it a smell. He should be drinking nearly triple what two pediasures would give him, in either milk or water. Plus vegetables and fruit which are high in water content. Make sure he's well hydrated, and contact his pediatrician if you're unsure that that's the issue.
