PMB: Not need to see both you do need to rule out cancer of uterus with some type of sampling either biopsy or d&c.

Gynecologist: If you are experiencing vaginal bleeding after menopause, that is not normal. You should see a doctor soon, preferably your gynecologist. He or she can do a pelvic exam to determine the source of bleeding and also perform a biopsy in the office if necessary.
