Unclear: Meftal-Spas is used in India for cramps according to the web. It is not used in the US. I can find nothing about it for regulating menses. Ask your doctor why it has been prescribed exactly, maybe you misunderstood the reason. If there is reliable information that it helps for this, let us know. Different countries practice differently, and it is not necessarily worse. We all can get smarter.
