I am 50yrs old female i asked about reasons for feeling my insides are being "jabbed " during intercourse. i can only see gynaecologist in july. my problem is now my vagina hurts during intercourse. no bleeding or pain after.help please?

Dryness: The reason most women in your age group feel the "jabbing" is due to vaginal dryness. Its also the reason you feel pain during intercourse. Try astroglide (not KY jelly) which is water based. Don't use saliva - that dries out and makes it worse. Also take it slow. You might need to have more foreplay before intercourse to become more lubricated.
