Lumps: Lumps on old scars are unusual but new scars can be lumpy due to keloid formation which is an abnormal thickening of scar tissue that some people tend to produce. Multiple lumps apart from scar tissue are often lipomas which are benign fatty tissue deposits. Your physician can evaluate and advise you.
