Radiation of pain: It is likely that your discomfort in the right shoulder may be secondary to gall bladder disease, or "cholecystitis" with irritation of the diaphragm radiating pain to the right shoulder, accompanied by increased gaseousness. Investigation of this strong possibility is necessary, so you need to consult a physician personally. You may need removal of the gallbladder surgically to correct this .
