I have extreme gas pains in my right upper shoulder. i have taken gas x i am moving, exercising but the pain is unbearable no matter my efforts.

Needs evaluation!: Right upper shoulder pain can occur for a variety of reasons, from injury/problems with the shoulder, to referred pain from elsewhere. One of the sources of right shoulder pain is gallbladder disease (example: gallstone). Severe pain deserves medical evaluation ASAP. There can be complications of gallstone disease including infection (cholecystitis) that can be severe if not treated promptly.
