Go to the Dr: if it is an abcess it won't heal till drained. If it would be z cyst it still needs to be excised. In either case trying to pop it may cause the lesion to spread and get worse.

I&D: You need to see a doctor to get an incision and drainage done,Meanwhile apply warm compresses for 15minutes 3 to 4 times a day. Having recurrent abscesses may mean that you harbor a type of bacteria called MRSA which your doctor wil treat with a special type of antibiotic
