What anomalies can be seen at a 20 week scan that aren't visible at a 16 week scan?

Ultasound: The 20 week ultrasound is much better at seeing the fetal lip, heart, organs, and typically is better at seeing the sex of the baby. Here in the US insurance companies usually only pay for one ultrasound now days unless there is a medical concern so that ultrasound is done at 20-22 weeks when everything is more visible.
