Im kind of hopeless im 5 weeks preg based on scan.. and no fetus yet a cuzin doctor told me i should already have visible one?

Not necessarily: The fetus is not always visible by 5 weeks. In my practice I would suggest another scan at 7 weeks and I would check to see if the hcg level is rising and I do progesterone levels as well (not all OBs do progesterone levels). While a blighted ovum or missed abortion is possible in your case, it is too early to confirm that based on your information.
