Call your doctor: Any bleeding in pregnancy could be a sign of problems and you may need a Rhogam shot if your blood type is negative. The bleeding could just be irritation from the ultrasound but its best to check.

Confusion: Implantation happens as one gets pregnant. There is no ongoing 'implantation'. Bleeding is not normal. I am happy to see you are connected with the ob. I would defer to their judgment after your ultrasound to tell you if you have a viable pregnancy.
