Not likely cancer: Early ovarian cancer usually has no symptoms, but there are other less frightening problems that can affect ovaries so, especially if you have a family history of ovarian cancer or if these pains don't go away - see your PCP or OBGYN for an exam. If there are findings they may do an ultrasound. I hope it's nothing or minor. Best wishes!
