From my experience seeing a couple of urethral cancer cases, I agree that urethral cancer is devastating & rapidly spreading by the time it's diagnosed but you're much too young to be obscessing about it. We don't know what causes it. Instead, if you're not satisfied with your current care, consult a urologist at a department of urology at a university hospital near you for a second opinion& tests
