NeedsEvaluation: Needs to see his physician. Risks of dehydration is less now than when he was an infant, but still considerably high especially in the face of vomiting and diarrhea. Green vomiting is worrisome and needs evaluation.

See pediatrician...: Could just be a stomach virus; however, truly green vomiting (and not just green from food dye?) should be evaluated to make sure that something more serious isn't going on. Have him seen today - if it is just a stomach virus the pediatrician will give further advice on keeping him hydrated... Take care.
