Ive been having grassy green stools for two days. havent ate anything green. im not having diarrhea, vomiting, or much stomach pains , but ive been having a lot of weakness and fatigue for a little over a month?

Bile from the liver is the main color agent. It starts out an ultra green and changes through shades of lighter green to yellows to brown based on duration of time in the gut & germ action on it. Green just suggests rapid transit of poop debris through the gut with minimal germ triggered change. I wouldn't worry about it.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson about the green stools. I would recommend seeing a doctor to evaluate your weakness and fatigue. These are likely unrelated to your green stools, but do warrant looking into.
