Gastroenteritis: You likely have a case of Acute Gastroenteritis with associate dyspepsia and flatulence. This should resolve with time but if it does not you could have SIBO - Small intestinal bowel obstruction that requires possible antibiotic treatment. Other possibilities include IBS as well. You need to see a Physician or GI Doc for evaluation if does not resolve.
