Ive been having solid grassy green stools for two days but havent ate anything green. what could be causing this and what should i do? no stomach pains or vomiting or diarrhea?

Bile from the liver is the main color agent. It starts out an ultra green and changes through shades of lighter green to yellows to brown based on duration of time in the gut & germ action on it. Green just suggests rapid transit of poop debris through the gut with minimal germ triggered change. I wouldn't worry about it.
