Recently, i had two occasions where after eating beans i either had loose stools and/or vomiting. is this an allergic reaction or food poisoning?

Aller allerg: The title wouldn't let me type in allergic. You are likely having an anaphylactic reaction to beans and need to avoid them. One need to rule out peanut allergy as well and you need to consider having epinephrine autoinjector at all times in case of accidental exposure to beans. Consult an allergist since you likely have nasal and/or respiratory allergies as well.
