i have lower back pain that seem to radiate to my testicles. it's like someone is squeezing them. this has been going on for 3 weeks now.

Kidney problem?: Nerves that supply the kidneys also supply the testicles, and so something affecting the kidneys may cause pain in the back (just below ribs) and also in the testicles. You should get a medical exam and perhaps an ultrasound.
