I think i have a tooth infection/tooth boil what can i do for treatment i have no insurance or money for a dentist.

See a dentist: I would suggest borrowing some money from friends or a family member. You need to see a dentist as soon as possible. Sometimes you can negotiate a reduced fee if you pay cash...sometimes!

You can't do much...: .. on your own. Regardless of insurance coverage or financial circumstances, you will need the services of a dentist to treat you tooth. Seek care at a dental school, hospital residency program, or a reduced fee clinic. Finance your care or borrow from friends/family. This will not heal without intervention.

Need Antibiotics: Tooth Infection untreated can actually spread into the bloodstream & cause other problems even as bad as heart infection. For the time being, you may be able to gargle with warm salt water and peroxide, but ultimately you really need antibiotics and the tooth pulled. Try your local health dept. which may offer sliding scale pricing. They may also be able to refer to a dentist who does pro bono wk.

Professional help: I wish there was an OTC that I could suggest that would restore your health. There aren't any. You have an infection. It's spreading. The only thing that's going to fix it permanently is Dental Treatment. Anything else may just mask symptoms as the infection continues to spread. The other answers posted give good financial alternatives. You do not have any health alternatives however.
