Sorry, no: You will need to find a way to see a dentist to have the tooth restored or extracted. If it hurts really bad, you probably need extensive treatment, so extraction is the only option for you. The sooner you go the better you will feel.

Consider a local dental school, hospital based dental residency program or call your local dental society for some other possible reduced fee\free dental clinics.
