Thyroid nodule: I am not sure that the ultrasound can actually detect accurately such a small change. Were there lymph nodes? Are there other nodules? Is there concomitant Hashimotos? What is your TSH? Many questions. You should see someone (perhaps an endocrinologist) who can biopsy the nodule, if it looks like something worth a biopsy.
