How long it would take for me to recover after 3 nights of poor sleep (4-6 hours, frequent awakenings) due to sinusitis?

Borrowed time: After you succeed at treating the sinus problem and return to normal 8 hrs (teens need a full night), any lost sleep is like a debit to your account. You need to repay it in full and may even have some interest due. So, if you 'lost 10-12 hrs, you'll need a week or more of 9 hrs/night or a big nap on a day off. Get healthy, stay well. Best wishes!
