"Spinal" headaches?: Had spinal / epidural blocks for the C-sections?.. Sounds like postdural puncture (aka "spinal") headache. Chronic spinal fluid leak may cause positional headaches. However, chronic sinusitis – as well as other conditions – may also cause positional headaches.
