Sinus: Hard to answer from your description. If your sinuses are the source of your sleeping issues, then treating them should help you sleep better without any other pills

If sinusitis: is not causing sleep issues or sinusitis is addressed well -there should not be a need for sleep aids.

Sinusitis and sleep: Sinus problems can affect your airways and cause disruption of sleep however I would prioritize treating sinus issues rather than using sleep aids. ENT consultation would be the best way to go.
