Exercise: Eating right is only one component of weight loss. Be sure to get at least 30 minutes of vigorous activity (running, rowing, biking) daily. Also, lift weights. The more lean muscle you produce, the more fat you will burn. Finally, be sure to get enough sleep. If you don't, your cortisol levels will be high, promoting the storage of fat. Hope this helps!
