I think i have skin discoloration on my face at the corner of my eye like a patch on both sides what could that be either birth marks or something?

Discoloration: It would be hard to diagnose what that is without seeing a picture. It would be unlikely to have a birthmark that was equal on both sides of your eyes.

Yes: Could be several things, and birth marks are one possibility along with nevi, freckles, moles, and various other skin discolorations. A picture might be helpful. Also would be helpful to know what color, raised or flat, present since birth or new, any history of trauma. Often, it is best just to present to your doctor or see an eye MD or dermatologist for a diagnosis in person.
