Numbness:post partum: The symptoms described may be caused simply from a preferred posture while sleeping which is prolonged secondary to interrupted sleep, causing the normal tendency to shift positions while asleep to diminish. If all the symptoms are on one side, more serious neurologic causes are diminished. Appetite should return after you are more active physically , recovering from the stress of delivery.
