Pregnancy changes..: In the beginning of pregnancy as your inner female organs and uterus start stretching and with inflammation as a result of normal hormonal changes you may experience some pain. If the pain is severe, persistent, having vaginal bleeding or vaginal discharge then you need to be evaluated by your GYN provider.
