Prevacid (lansoprazole): Prevacid (lansoprazole) is not an NSAID but a proton pump inhibitor that is used to reduce acid production in the stomach. Prolonged use of Prevacid may raise the level of Lexapro (escitalopram) but a single dose should not have a significant effect.
