I'm on 25mg of zoloft, my doctor wants me to switch to 10mg of lexapro, (escitalopram) she said to just make the switch. i took 0.25 ativan this morning. safe?

Yes: It's reasonable to take the Lexapro (escitalopram) at the same time of the day that you would normally take your Zoloft the next time you are due for a dose. You just should not take both drugs on the same day, and ideally you will not skip a day either - best just to go from Zoloft one day to Lexapro (escitalopram) the next. The Ativan will not affect the switch from one drug to another either way.
