Glad ur alive: Lexapro (escitalopram) and Clonazepam together is usually safe, but can lead to increased side effects, including dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. The elderly are more prone to those side effects in this combination. However, Clonazepam and alcohol, especially heavy alcohol consumption, such as 12 beers in 6 hours, can lead to death. Don't do it again.
