Tattoo: Would suggest deferring the tattoo for some time after having the wisdom teeth extracted. This is likely to produce bacteremia (bacteria in the blood stream), and despite antibiotics, if you have inflamed skin with what is in essence a foreign body needled into it, this creates a significant risk of secondary infection. In a cost/benefit analysis it would be a hands down no.

No: Tattoo Parlors are not kept as sterile as surgical suites. Risk of infection by bacteria not sensitive to antibiotics used for control of oral bacteria is substantial. Hold off until surgical sites are fully healed.
