Wisdom tooth: I don't see any problems with this. As long as you feel up to it then go for it. This shouldn't have any effect on the healing of your wisdom teeth.

You should be ok: I see no reason why you should hold on getting the tattoo. Be sure you go to reputable tattoo parlor that uses sterile technique :)
