Possible causes of localized submandibular lymph node enlargement?

Various causes: Most likely cause in an infection of some type. Get some heat on it and see if it improves. If it does not improve over the next couple of days, please get in to be see. If you are having fever, get in now. There are many different types of infection that could cause this. Cancer is another sours of lymph node enlargement, but is less likely. Make sure you get seen if it does not improve.
