Not Bacterial: The antibiotics treat infections caused by bacteria. "pink eye" has several causes. It could be caused by allergies, chemical exposure, for instance to chlorine in pools. If it is not better, have the eye re-checked, by a pediatric opthalmologist, to get a full exam and an accurate diagnosis.
