Eye drops or oral?: Dropperfuls of antibiotic.This can be very different. Usually if eye drops, it will help clear the pink eye quickly, and you will see some crust and need to wash it off. Keep your baby's towels completely separate from the rest of the family, or it can spread to you & others.The crustiness will start clearing fairly quickly especially over the next 24-72 hours, you'll continue to see improvement.
