Not likely. : Hemorrhoids can cause rectal pain or pressure, problems passing stool or gas and bleeding. Rectal cancer at your age would be very unusual. If symptoms persist see a doctor. Soaking in a warm bath should help hemrrhoids as would stool softeners. See a physician if problems continue.
