Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids would not cause abdominal pain, but can cause rectal discomfort. Lower abdomen discomfort can be from constipation, urinary infection, gynecologic, etc. Needs an examination if not already gone to check for hemorrhoids or consider colonoscooy if you have not had one done before.
