Urethral structure : since you know you have a urethral stricture I assume you have been seen by and evaluated by a urologist in the past. Any regimen involving self dilation of the urethra should certainly be guided by a urologist.

I can urinate and feel empty then 5 minutes later I feel urine in my urethra but it dosent leak out I just feel it then I can urinate it almost sounds that it leaks from bladder to urethra but the urethra is strong and it doesnt let it out help???
