Ive been told to self catherize due to neurogenic bladder but I'm obese with a bmi of 45 and find it extremely difficult to locate the urethra both standing position as well as sitting even though i use a mirror. what should i do?
I can urinate and feel empty then 5 minutes later I feel urine in my urethra but it dosent leak out I just feel it then I can urinate it almost sounds that it leaks from bladder to urethra but the urethra is strong and it doesnt let it out help???

57 F. Acute UTI 9 months ago. now consistent UTI weekly. CT scan clear. doesnt feel in bladder, but in Urethra. all tests clear, no stones. feels like permanent damage. Urethra spincter feels like doesnt work and someone stabbing me in urethra. ??
