What's the difference between the urgency caused by overactive bladder and that caused by membranous urethral stricture ?

Urgency vs pressure: A stricture interferes with the flow of urine, causing a pressure sensation and difficulty establishing and maintaining urine flow. Overactive bladder is an early sensation of needing to urinate, and peeing a small amount at short intervals.
