I've bladder&bowel emptying issues due to neurogenic conditions & on top of that ocd as well that interferes with the issues,i strain too much to empty every drop completely. ive been told to self catheterize but what about ocd, how'd i be at ease?

Patients with neurogenic difficulty in bladder emptying do self catheterize properly without incident. The OCD should be managed by a mental health professional and I hope won't interfere with your self catheterizations.
