Here are some ...: Your mentioned concern is understandtable, but in reality unnecessary. BXO may be treated with generous meatotomy with or without excising the affected skin of glans penis and circumcision depending on its clinical picture. As to concerning its connection with urethral or bladder cancer, its relation with BXO is extremely remote posing no practical necessity to worry about it. See Doc as needed.
